Many thanks for another inspiring text and videos that helps make connections between the small and the big. Personally, I think of the ”triangle of violence” that I sometimes use when I talk about domestic violence and the work in our sheltered accommodation. That the microaggressions at the bottom of the triangle that we (community, society) sometimes fail to react to actually are connected to the serious and sometimes life-threatening violence at the top of the triangel. But I also think about the solution-focused conversations about small steps that can help in the healing of victims of violence. 💜😊
