Love the idea of this Mark as someone who has spent far too much time in meetings I shouldn’t have been in but curious about your thoughts on those who love meetings as it makes them busy without having to be productive?
Hi Nick, if they're in your meeting they should be productive at it! :-) It's no good having people 'keeping a watching brief' as they used to do in the 1980s. Jenny was once at a meeting with 22 people, 20 of whom were to observe rather than participate. Hopeless.
